Ms Young’s numerical experience fit right in with her full-time investment career in Real Estate. She and her husband
currently appear on the late-night infommercial of Carleton Sheets “No Down Payment” System. Additionally, we have
been personally coached by his organization, Russ Dalbey’s organization, Robert T. Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad organization.
Currently write blogs to the Rich Dad site as well as write real estate investing articles for The Rich Dad Company for
Internet publishing. Additionally, Cliff (my husband) and I appear at the community colleges to teach beginning
investors about real estate investing. We also worked as mentors and teachers for the Riches in Rehabs Bootcamps and
HRMS Ventures Foreclosures Workshops. Have helped several clients during their bankruptcy to save their home from
foreclosure. Additionally, we’ve completed several short sales of mortgages in foreclosure. We speak about twice a
year to various real estate clubs around St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Recently, Ms Young began in the
residential real estate lending arena originating and processing rehab and refinance loans and have emerged into the
world of commercial lending with various proejects that have been submitted and accepted with pending closing dates.
December 02 – November 03:
Ms Young worked with Middle and Upper Management to develop long range planning for SAP R/3 systems at
Anheuser Busch. She was responsible for the coordination of the bi-annual Long Range Technical Planning Review
across company divisions and departments in an effort to project the MIS systems requirements for future
implementations of SAP R/3 modules.
September 01 – November 02:
Ms Young’s most recent responsibility is the responsible for developing requirements, implementation and postproduction
operations procedures for CA Unicenter’s Autosys for all systems Batch Job Management. To this task, two

for a major defense government agency implementing SAP R/3 4.6C SR1 with IS-PS. She recently upgraded the BW
2.1 instance to 3.0, as well as assisted in the installation for the Development and QA BW environments. Each of these
environments are located in three different data centers and in three different states. Her overall responsibility includes
the development of a management plan for operating a full-up lights-out Disaster Recovery site which will only be
utilized for QA and/or disaster backup. This requires coordinating the work efforts of people across the project from
development (i.e. ABAP and Middleware developers, Application and Network Security, Infrastructure and System
Administration). Secondary responsibility will include the delivery of all SAP installations in the Quality
Assurance/Disaster Recovery site. All support for training systems is also under her jurisdiction with responsibility for

August 00 – August 01:
Ms Young’s responsibility here included leading the Basis effort for the implementation or R/3 4.6C SR1 on Oracle
8.1.6 at a nationally based government space agency. The client is running IS-PS 4.62 patch level 0001, Workplace and
Internet Transaction Server. The entire FI/CO/MM/PS systems landscape and all interface connections. The landscape
consists of a Sandbox, Development, Testing/Integration, Staging and Production environments run on a variety of SUN
Enterprise Servers using Solaris 7. She was responsible for five newly trained people (UNIX administrators, DBAs, and
an ABAP programmer) whose responsibility it will be to support the production environment. She managed the
scheduling of tasks and activities, their overall workload and the knowledge transfer between she and the employees.
During this time, Ms Young also serviced a major distributor of soft drinks in their efforts to upgrade R/3 from 3.0E to
3.1H. Her current responsibility is to design the technical blueprint for a major government postal agency implementing
SAP R/3 4.6D utilizing FI/CO, HR Benefits and Payroll on a Compaq Windows 2000 platform.
April 99 – August 00:
Ms Young worked on several proposal efforts and ultimately winning the lead technical architect position to baseline an
environment for the purposes of stress testing. Assisted the stress test team in monitoring the environment during the
test and submitting a hardware baseline document with performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Additional effort was given with a local university to assist in the building of their curriculum to include SAP as a part of
their training package. Ms Young is also working on a technical proposal for a major Consumer Products industry to
implement all modules of SAP, including an effort to upgrade of the subsidiary’s SAP to 4.6B (4.6C and 4.6D) and
merge operations of the parent into the current environment.
January 99 – April 99:
Ms Young has participated in several technical development efforts for potential SAP clients: from scoping the technical
work for implementation to scaling designs for outsourcing the technical architecture. Additionally, she implemented
standards and controls for the support of a large soft drinks manufacturer’s outsourcing project. She is recognized as the
basis and security expert for the practice and is called upon numerous times to assist our clients in determining their
security needs or resolving on-going issues. She presented SAP: Emerging Technologies to the annual CSC technical
alliance conference. She was on-call for an outsourcing client on technical basis administration/upgrade issues.
Additionally she took training to implement interfaces to MM via ALE in R/3 4.0B.
April 98 – January 99:
Ms Young led the basis effort for the first phase of an implementation of all applications (except WF, PM, SM, PS and
WM) at INX. She assisted the client to establish Operations, Disaster/Recovery, Client Landscape Management,
Corrections and Transports documentation. She implemented several ‘quick-hit’ programs to assist in user and security
administration. She taught the client to use the profile generator 3.1H/I and it was used for full security implementation.
She configured Archive Link (one-way out) to correct a problem that resulted in a data load error. This, coupled with the
FI document archiving, saved an entire day of work and did not require recovery from backup. Additionally, she led the
IS staff in the upgrade of R/3 3.1H and Oracle 7.3.3 to R/3 3.1I and Oracle 8.0.4. We went live January 1, 1999. She
remained with the client for a couple of weeks to assist in go-live performance and tuning.
August 97 – mid April 98:
She led the basis work through successful full-scale implementation of HR (PA/PD) for CSC Corporate. These
responsibilities included coordinating with the client, managing developers and basis staff in the execution of Go-Live
requirements to access R/3 (Network, SAPGUI frontend, Security and Printing). She ensured the operational readiness
of the support staff and resolved all OSS issues. HR and Payroll user security for the production environment was
developed using the R/3 Profile Generator. The entire infrastructure was documented in a small “Systems Environment
Guide” which was used as the baseline for the Phase II development. During her tenure, she upgraded all systems from
R/3 3.0F to 3.1H and provided lessons learned for the client. All systems were upgraded with no time missed in
production payroll schedules. Her role changed from lead basis to supervisory/transitional as she directed the work
efforts of other basis consultants and ensure that a smooth turnover took place.
